Benefits of Tulasan Yoga:
- With regular practice of Tulasan, your hands, palms and wrists all become strong.
- The practice of Tulasan is also helpful in reducing belly fat.

Method of Tulasana Yoga:
- To practice Tulasan, sit on a mat or carpet in a quiet environment.
- After this keep your hands near Kulho. Your fingers should be spread while doing this.
- After this, while inhaling the breath, raise your whole body above the ground with the help of the arms.
- You have to lift your body as high as you can. Then rest comfortably in this position.
- After this, slowly exhale and come back to the earlier position.
- This asana is difficult to do, so do this asana 4 to 5 times according to your body’s ability and your convenience.
- If you are new to yoga, then practice it only under the supervision of a yoga guru.

- After this, you have to raise your feet. For this, while inhaling, raise the leg upwards. While doing this action, contract your stomach inwards.
- Try to put both the feet behind the head as in the picture.
- Lifting your legs, take it behind the head, bend them back and waist along with the legs. Use your hands to do this.
- Stay in the same position for a while as shown in the picture, then come back to the normal position.

Precautions in Halasana:
- This asana should not be practiced during menstruation.
- If you have a blood pressure-related problem then this asana should not be practiced.
- Whenever you do this asana, do the work of moving your feet up or down comfortably. It should not shock your feet.
- You may feel difficulty while doing this asana in the beginning, so do not try to force it.
- If you have any kind of pain in the body such as back pain, neck pain, or back pain, then do not do this asana without consulting a doctor.
