Taking care of your skin is essential to be able to hope to be beautiful naturally. Piercing pimples or blackheads: a bad idea

The temptation is great, but you must resist. Pimple piercing has several harmful effects:

 

  • It leaves the second layer of the skin bare and promotes the entry of new bacteria, which will fuel a vicious circle,
  • It destroys skin cells and accelerates skin aging,
  • It promotes the appearance of scars, which are sometimes very difficult to remove.
  • If, despite this warning, you can’t resist the temptation to pop your pimples, be sure to:
  • Have very clean hands and nails,
  • Pierce with the fingers, and not with the nails, to avoid the appearance of marks,

Abusing sun exposure

Exposure to the sun is necessary for our mental balance and our physical health, since only the latter allow us to synthesize the vitamin D we need.

Never expose between 12 and 16h,

Never expose yourself for more than 4 hours in a row,

Systematically apply sunscreen before exposure, and renew its application as often as necessary during exposure.

Forgetting to remove makeup before going to sleep

The makeup removal step is absolutely crucial for skin care. Repeated forgetfulness clogs the skin and impairs proper breathing. By clogging the pores, you prevent it from regenerating, dull the general appearance of your skin and promote the appearance of pimples.
