Describe your life before the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet

I was exercising a good amount, but I wasn’t able to outrun a poor diet. I had a number of injuries which I put down to exercising while carrying too much weight.I had been trying to lose weight for a while and had tried a few diets such as calorie counting and meal replacement shake diets.
